Vending Machine Repair Service
Our facility is a factory authorized vending machine repair center; our technicians are trained by the factories and NAMA certified (National Automatic Merchandising Association). We offer in-house repairs or can dispatch direct on-site service within the State of Michigan.
Since we sell throughout the country, we also offer over-the-phone technical support for those machines purchased through us. We will need your Make, Model, and S/N.

Shop labor rates – $85.00 per hour
On Site Repair Labor Rates: (parts additional)
50 miles from Wixom – $195.00 for the call + $100.00 per hour – 1-hour minimum
51 – 80 miles from Wixom- $295.00 for the call + $100.00 per hour – 1 hour minimum
80+ miles from Wixom-$425.00 for the call + $100.00 per hour – 1 hour minimum
*After first hour we bill in 1/4 hour increments, fuel surcharges may apply.
Yes there is – with every machine purchase, there is a factory parts warranty that we pass on to the purchaser, and it varies by manufacture. Ask your representative for the specifics. If the equipment is remanufactured, we offer a 90-day parts warranty.
